In 2005-06: Helped team by making 125 and filling in for season opener vs. Rider and Lock Haven meet at Pennsylvania Dual Championships; in latter, challenged nationally ranked Bald Eagle Obe Blanc, losing 6-3.

 

In 2004-05: Posted 4-3 record at 125 pounds…won three matches at the West Virginia Open including win over former PA state champ Jeremy Hartrum of NC State… made varsity dual debut versus Vic Moreno of Cal Poly at the National Duals in January.

 

In 2003-04: Deferred eligibility… went 3-1 wrestling unattached at East Stroudsburg Open

 

In Secondary School: District champion and Co-Outstanding Wrestler as a senior… career high school record of 104-10… fourth in the state at 119 pounds in 2003… three-time district champion at three different weight classes (103, 112, 119)… ranked seventh at 103 as a sophomore, while boasting 29-4 record.

 

Personal: Son of Michel and Anne Marie Berger… sister Christelle (23), Lehigh ’05 and four year manager for the wrestling team.
