As a junior....appeared in 13 games, starting 10....struck out 37 batters in 59 innings....Was third on the team in innings pitched and in strikeouts...Earned a victory against Bucknell going seven strong innings, giving up just six hits...Following Bucknell, picked up a second-straight win over Holy Cross, going six innings and giving up six hits and two runs...As a sophomore … appeared in 12 games, starting seven … struck out 31 batters in 54.1 innings … finished second on the team in innings pitched … As a freshman … appeared in nine games as a pitcher … started four games … struck out 18 batters in 25.1 innings … earned a nine-inning complete game victory against NJIT, allowing just one unearned run … In high school … selected to the Carpenter Cup in junior and senior seasons … in 2006, went 6-1 with a 1.99 ERA and selected to All-Division team … as a senior won the Raymond J. Gaspari Family Award for excellence in baseball … president of the Science Club
