ON COACH CASSESE: “Coach Cassese is a great guy. After talking to him the first time we met, I knew that Lehigh was going to be a great place. He definitely knows a lot about the game of lacrosse and has the team headed in the right direction.”
AS A SENIOR (2012): Finished the season fourth on the team with 25 points via 22 goals (third) and three assists … Owned an impressive 45.8 shooting percentage, converting 48 shots into 22 goals … Tied for the team lead with seven man-up goals to up his final career total to 34 extra man tallies … Also scooped 25 groundballs … Scored a big second-half goal in the NCAA First Round vs. #10 Maryland (5/13). Scooped three groundballs … Second straight hat trick, scoring three goals in Patriot League Semifinals vs. #19 Army (4/27) … Had a career-high seven points in regular season finale at Lafayette (4/21), scoring four goals while adding a career-high three assists … Posted a goal and three groundballs at #17 Colgate (4/7) … Scored two goals during big 9-4 win at #19 Navy (3/30) … Had a man-up goal, along with two groundballs vs. Holy Cross (3/24) … Scored two man-up goals at #17 Penn State (3/20) … Recorded 12th career hat trick, including two extra man tallies, vs. #15 Yale (3/11). AS A JUNIOR (2011): Played in 16 games (starting 15) while finishing fourth on the team in points with 29 … Also finished second with 27 goals, to go with his two assists … Led both the team and Patriot League in man-up goals for a second straight season with 12 (0.75 per game) … Scooped 18 groundballs … Scored two man-up goals in the Patriot League Semifinals at #12 Bucknell (4/29) … Netted two goals in the regular season finale vs. Lafayette (4/23) … 10th extra man goal came against #9 UNC (4/17) … Posted man-up goal vs. #12 Bucknell (4/15) … Netted a big goal against #20 Colgate (4/9) … Scored a man-up goal vs. Binghamton (3/29) … Tied a career high with five points (four goals, one assist) at Holy Cross (3/26). AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Appeared in all 15 games, starting 11 … Recorded 27 goals and added three assists … Scooped up 16 groundballs … Ranked first in the Patriot League in man-up goals per game with 0.67, and tenth in goals per game with 1.8.
AS A FRESHMAN (2009): Saw time in 15 games, starting five … Scored 15 goals and added five assists for the Mountain Hawks … Also scooped up 29 groundballs.
BEFORE LEHIGH: Named to the MSLCA Senior All-Star team… Two-time All-Towson and All-Baltimore Examiner Selection… Was an All-MIAA Digital Sports Team member … Led his team in scoring senior year … Scored 87 goals in his final two seasons and picked up 200 groundballs … Member of the Honor Roll and Headmaster List … Recipient of the French Prize.
