Why Lehigh? “Lehigh has a great mechanical engineering and a beautiful campus. It also has a top notch Division I wrestling program.”
In 2020-21: Wrestled two extra bouts at 174, going 0-2.
In 2019-20: Went 7-9 competing in tournaments… shared third/fourth place with Lehigh teammate Luca Frinzi at Wilkes Open… two of seven victories came by fall… also competed at Princeton Open, Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open, Southern Scuffle and Edinboro Open.
In 2018-19: Made dual debut at Penn State… also competed at 165 at Iowa, facing All-Americans in his only two duals of season… competed at Princeton Open and Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open.
In 2017-18: Went 6-6 competing in three tournaments at 157… went 3-2 season-opening Princeton Open… also competed at East Stroudsburg Open and Shorty Hitchcock Memorial Classic.
In 2016-17: Deferred eligibility…went 1-5 competing in three open tournaments… posted win by technical fall at Warriors Winter Open.
In high school: Two-time 4A state qualifier… three-time NCSHAA Student-Athlete… two-time state champion in both freestyle and Greco-Roman… national honor society member… graduated seventh in his class… brings in 51 college credits.
Personal: Son of Jay and Marie… siblings Solly, Jade, Kea and Quincy.
