BEFORE LEHIGH: Rowed for Rose City Rowing Club for two years … Lettered in rowing for the spring season of 2016 and attended the 2016 Northwest High Performance Camp … Rowed in the Novice Eight, which finished second at the Northwest Youth Championships in 2014-15 … The following year, placed fifth in the Grand Final at the youth championships and came in 34th at the Head of the Charles Regatta … In 2016-17, finished second at the San Diego Fall Classic and placed 26th at the Head of the Charles … Strong in the classroom, earning academic letters in the ninth and 10th grades … Was a member of the National Honor Society in grades 11 and 12 … Was first chair tenor saxophonist in Jazz Band for two years and the first chair clarinetist in Symphonic Band for three years.
