2017 (SENIOR SEASON)
Appeared in a career-high 32 games while making 20 starts in center field…led Lehigh with three hits in game two of a Sunday doubleheader at Marshall (3/5) as he finished 3-for-4 with two runs scored and compiled six total bases… paced Lehigh with three RBIs in game one of a Sunday twin bill against Iowa (3/12) with his first-career home run...compiled 65 put outs with a .957 fielding percentage on 69 total chances in center field.

2016 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Saw action in 27 games including seven starts as a strong defensive outfielder…knocked in a key run in game four against Lafayette (4/24) to help Lehigh to a four-game sweep of the rival Leopards…recorded two RBI in a win against NYIT (3/22).

2015 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Saw action in seven games…went 1-for-2 with a run scored against DeSales…knocked a double against Saint Peter’s…stole a base against Iona.

2014 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Saw action in two games…scored a run as a pinch runner in a 7-6 extra-inning win over Mount St. Mary’s.

BEFORE LEHIGH
A three-sport standout at the Haverford School, Fitzgerald earned a combined eight varsity letters in baseball, football and winter track. While there, he guided Haverford to an Inter-AC championship in 2010 and the Pennsylvania Independent Schools championships in 2011 and 2013. He tied for first in the Delaware County with seven home runs his senior season. Fitzgerald was named All-Inter AC, All-Delco, and All-Main Line and was awarded the Baseball Defensive Player of the Year award, along with the Baseball Dedication award.
