No. 15 Lehigh to Play at No. 2 Duke Friday

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Fresh off its fifth Patriot League Championship in program history, Lehigh earned the No. 15 seed in the Birmingham 2 region for the NCAA Tournament. The Mountain Hawks will face No. 2 Duke in the first round Friday at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, N.C.Â
The Mountain Hawks (27-6) beat Army 74-62 in the Patriot League Championship Game earlier on Sunday. Lehigh will be making its fifth appearance in the NCAA Tournament and first since 2021 when the Mountain Hawks were the No. 14 seed against No. 3 West Virginia.Â
Friday's game will mark the first-ever meeting between Lehigh and Duke. The last time the Mountain Hawks faced an ACC opponent was last season at Pitt. The Blue Devils won the ACC Tournament in 2025. Duke is 26-7 this season.Â
