Mountain Hawks Welcome Wagner For Non-League Midweek Tilt

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh men's tennis continued Patriot League play on Sunday afternoon with a convincing win over the Colgate Raiders on Senior Day. Before continuing with their league schedule, the Mountain Hawks will host the Wagner Seahawks on Tuesday, April 9 for a home midweek tilt.
Lehigh (8-8, 2-1 PL) got down to business after honoring seniors Jordan Paul and David Missry on Senior Day. The Mountain Hawks dropped the opening doubles point but then excelled in singles play. Lehigh earned four singles wins in a row to clinch the dual against Colgate, needing only two sets to do so in each contest.
Wagner (1-18) has struggled this year, with their only win coming back in October against a Division III opponent. The Seahawks have faced off against four other Patriot League schools this season, falling in each contest. Their last time out was against Navy, which they lost by a score of 4-0.
The match is set to begin at 4 p.m. from the Ulrich Varsity Tennis Courts. The Mountain Hawks will then travel to the northeast to face the likes of Holy Cross, Army West Point and Boston U. this upcoming weekend.
