Lehigh Prepares for Patriot League Championships At Bucknell Tune Up

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Ahead of the Patriot League Championships in Boston next weekend, the Lehigh track and field program heads to the Bucknell Tune Up on Friday night. 
 
Last weekend at the Big Apple Invitational, the women's track and field team compiled 25 PRs across all event groups and captured two school records. Junior Casey Talamini-Kelemen secured the school record in the triple jump with a distance of 11.95m. On the track, senior Ashley Struck earned the school record in the 200m (24.63) and set the meet record in the 400m (55.57).
 
The men's track and field team earned nine PRs and junior Skyler Mott secured the meet record in the high jump with a 2.03m jump. 
 
The meet features six total teams including Bucknell, Lafayette, Eastern Mennonite, Messiah and Susquehanna. Action in the field is slated to kick off at 5 p.m. with track events starting at 6 p.m. The meet will wrap up following the 4x400 at 9:45 p.m.
