No. 5 Lehigh Takes on No. 4 Colgate on Saturday in Patriot League Quarterfinals

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Fifth-seeded Lehigh men's soccer travels to Hamilton, N.Y. to face fourth-seeded Colgate in the Patriot League Quarterfinals on Saturday at 6 p.m. Saturday's game will be broadcast on ESPN+.
Lehigh comes into the game with a 6-9-3 overall record and a 4-4-1 PL record. The Raiders are 6-8-3 (4-3-2 PL). The Mountain Hawks defeated Lafayette 2-1 in the regular season finale on Nov. 4 to clinch a spot in the Patriot League Tournament for the first time since 2021 after falling 1-0 to Navy in the Patriot League Quarterfinals.
Junior captain Beckett Wenger scored the game-winning goal in the 70th minute in the win over the Leopards. Junior defender Sam Davis scored the first goal in the 60th minute after the score was deadlocked at zero heading into halftime.
The Mountain Hawks will be looking for a little bit of revenge on Saturday as they fell to Colgate 2-1 on Nov. 1 after Connor Cates netted the game-winning goal in the 89th minute. Senior midfielder and first team All-Patriot League member Perry Kingson netted the lone goal for Lehigh off of a penalty kick.
Kingson leads the way for the Mountain Hawks with a team-high 15 points on five goals and five assists. Wenger is next with eight points (3G, 2A) and Davis (3G, 1A), first-year forward Aiden Gonzalez (3G, 1A) and sophomore forward Tommy Robertson (3G, 1A) each have seven points apiece.
Senior goalkeeper Blake Koski has played in 12 games, tallying a 66.7% save percentage.
The Raiders are coming off of a 3-0 win over Army. Colgate is led by Blake Pipkin, who has recorded a team-high 14 points (6G, 2A) Colgate goalkeeper Oliver Townend has appeared in 14 games, recording a 69% save percentage.
If the Mountain Hawks win on Saturday, they will play in the Patriot League Semifinals on Tuesday against the lowest seed against No. 1 Boston University or No. 2 Bucknell.
