Reagan Jahn named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year for women's golf

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh senior Reagan Jahn was named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year for women's golf and made the Academic All-Patriot League team for the third consecutive season as the league announced its golf academic awards Thursday.
Jahn has consistently been one of Lehigh's top performers on the course and in the classroom. She is the second Lehigh player to be voted Scholar-Athlete of the Year in the seven years the league has sponsored women's golf. Ginette Schapira won the first award for women's golf in 2013.
A supply chain management major from Jupiter, Fla., with a 3.93 GPA, Jahn is a three-year member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. She was named a WGCA All-America Scholar following the 2017-18 season. Now a three-time Academic All-Patriot League selection, Jahn has posted 4.0 semesters in four of her first seven semesters at Lehigh.
On the course, Jahn will go down as one of the most accomplished golfers in program history. She led Lehigh in eight of its 10 events this past season, earning her third All-Patriot League honor with an eighth place finish at the Patriot League Championship. Jahn finished top five in three of her four fall tournaments, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the Lehigh Invitational, and finished fifth at the Navy Spring Invitational.
At the Kiawah Island Spring Classic in February, Jahn set program records for low round, with an opening round 68, and low 54-hole score of 219. Jahn set another program record with a 75.48 stroke average this season and will depart as Lehigh's career leader in scoring average at 78.06.
The Scholar-Athlete of the Year and Academic All-Patriot League teams are voted on by the league's sports information directors. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average and be a starter or key player in his/her sport. Freshmen or students in their first academic year at their school are not eligible for the honor.
Jahn is joined on the Academic All-Patriot League team by Annie Sritragul of Boston University, Katie Childers of Bucknell, Navy's Morgan Frazier and Lizzie Reedy from Richmond.
