Incoming GK Kahn named to roster for U.S. U-19 Tour to Germany

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Continuing to impress with USA Field Hockey, Lehigh field hockey incoming freshman goalkeeper Maddie Kahn has been named to the U.S. U-19 travel roster for this month's tour to Germany. Kahn and her U-19 USWNT teammates will travel to Dusseldorf to take on Germany's U-18 team twice and Belgium's U-18 team once at the Dusseldorfer Hockey Club. The games are set for April 18, 20 and 21.

Previously, Kahn was named to the U.S. Under-19 National Team in January. Kahn is set to join the Mountain Hawks this coming fall.

"Representing your country in international competition is certainly an honor," said Lehigh head coach Caitlin Dallmeyer. "It is truly special to be able to have this experience so early in your career, and we are so excited for Maddie to have this opportunity."

A standout at Ocean City High School and with the WC Eagles, Kahn earned All-Conference honors and All-South Jersey recognition in her career. She also took part in Futures for three years, along with the Stars and Stripes Game. Kahn was a standout lacrosse student-athlete as well.
