Lehigh Caps Weekend Road Trip with Victory Over Boston U

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Mountain Hawks completed their three-match Patriot League road trip to Worcester, Mass with 4-1 victory over Boston U on Sunday. Lehigh also faced Army West Point on Saturday as the Black Knights claimed a 5-1 victory in that meeting.
Jack Petersen and Bryant Born led the Mountain Hawk with 2-0 records in singles play in the last two dual matches. Petersen extends his win streak to four-straight as he is now 9-8 overall on the season and 5-1 in league play. Bryant Born is 9-7 overall and 4-3 against league opponents after his latest victories.
Jacob Edelchik scored a three-set victory on Sunday over David Bogatin at the third flight. The freshman remains even at 8-8 overall on the season and is 4-3 in league play.
George Cooper sits at 6-7 overall and 3-3 in league play following his win on Sunday.
Lehigh will return to action on Saturday with a trip to Easton to face archrival Lafayette.
