Lehigh Set to Battle Army Saturday to Open League Play

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Mountain Hawks will play the second leg of its current four-game home stand on Saturday when they host Army West Point to open Patriot League play. Kickoff at the Ulrich Sports Complex is set for 7 p.m. The game will be streamed live for free on the Patriot League Network.
Lehigh (4-2) is winners of its last three-straight and is fresh off a 3-1 victory over Seton Hall at home on Tuesday night. Three different Mountain Hawks found the back of the net on Tuesday, including Doyle Tuvesson who netted the game winner in the 32nd minute. Tuvesson is the reigning Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week as he has nine points in the last three games on two goals and five assists.
Mark Forrest has also been a key piece in Lehigh's success as the junior forward ranks fourth in the country with 2.33 points per game. He leads the Patriot League in total points (14), goals (5), goals per game (.833) and is tied for second in total assists behind Tuvesson's league-best total of five.
Army (5-2) has had a successful run to start the season, beginning the year with a three-game win streak and will enter Saturday's tilt as winners of its last two. The Black Knights are coming off a 2-1 victory over Marist at home on Sunday. Army is 3-1 at home this season and 2-1 on the road.
The Black Knights are led offensively by Rex Epps who has 10 total points. He ranks second in the league with four goals and leads the league with 3.86 shots per game. Net minder Justin Stoll leads the Patriot League with a .552 goals-against average and has a league-best four clean sheets on the season.
