Lafayette 7-Way Results | Raleigh Relays Results | Winthrop Invite Results
EASTON, Pa. – The Lehigh men's track and field team wrapped up a busy weekend Sunday after the Mountain Hawks split their squad between the Raleigh Relays, Winthrop Invitational and Lafayette 7-Way. The Mountain Hawks claimed the team title at the Lafayette 7-Way with 181 team points.
"I think we were really successful in three different places and we have a good feel for what we need to do going into next week's Lehigh-Lafayette dual meet," said head coach Matt Utesch. "Our kids are being tough in the cold weather and it's a hard time to be competing since spring just won't show up. I'm happy with their demeanor, seriousness and commitment to getting good results."
Senior Ryan Mahalsky set a new personal record and finished fourth in the 10,000 meter run Friday night at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 29:27.35. The blistering pace bested the IC4A qualifying standard by over a minute and a half. Senior Simon Voorhees also represented Lehigh at the Raleigh Relays as he finished the 1,500 meter run in 3:59.25.
Freshman Trevor Knowles competed in his first collegiate decathlon at the Winthrop Invitational and finished in third place with 5,661 points.

Senior Daniel Reilly finished atop the podium in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 8:43.01. Freshman Joseph Inglis claimed first in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a clip of 9:57.55.
