Lehigh to face six preseason top-20 squads in 2011

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's lacrosse team will face six teams ranked in a preseason top 20 poll, as the Inside Lacrosse/Face-Off Yearbook and Preseason Coaches Polls were both released this week. The Mountain Hawks will face North Carolina and Army ranked in both, while four other opponents cracked the top 20 in one.

Overall, Lehigh takes on six teams in the preseason polls: (rankings are IL/Coaches) North Carolina (3/3), Army (13/16), Yale (16/NR), Bucknell (20/NR), Navy (NR/18) and Villanova (NR/20). The Mountain Hawks topped two straight ranked foes to end last season and return a majority of their lineup in 2010-11. The season opener is set for Feb. 12 at home against Saint Joseph's.
