Eight named to men's lacrosse honor roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Patriot League announced the 2009 men’s lacrosse academic honor roll on Thursday and Lehigh placed eight student-athletes on the list. Junior Evan Guerrero led the Mountain Hawks with a 3.81 grade point average, as 97 men’s lacrosse student-athletes from around the Patriot League earned honor roll accolades. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain at least a 3.2 GPA and earn a varsity letter in his or her sport.

Joining Guerrero on the list were seniors Matt Diehl, Shane Donlan, Brendan Feeney and Jonathan Haley, juniors Brian Bienemann and Kyle Gentile and sophomore Morgan Haller.

Scott Rosenshein of Army was named the Patriot League Men’s Lacrosse Student-Athlete of the Year in April and was one of four men’s lacrosse student-athletes from around the P.L. to earn a perfect 4.0 GPA during the 2009 spring semester.
