12 named to Patriot League Honor Roll

Lehigh placed 12 student-athletes on the Patriot League’s Academic Honor Roll for the fall semester led by junior Sheila Clabby, a psychology major, who registered a 3.92 grade point average. To be eligible, a student-athlete must obtain at least a 3.2 GPA and be a starter or key player in his/her sport. The winners are selected in a vote of the League’s sports information directors.
Other Mountain Hawks that joined Clabby were sophomore Chelsea Erdmanis (Psychology/3.53), sophomore Melissa Fricke (Arts and Sciences/3.40), freshman Moira Garrity (Arts and Sciences/3.47), junior Christina Getz (Finance/3.49), sophomore Meghan Gove (Arts and Sciences/3.76), sophomore Marissa Iannarone (Business/3.72), junior Dana Griffin (Psychology/3.26), junior Jeanine Hoff (Mathematics/3.31), sophomore Mel Lepko (Arts and Sciences/3.48), junior Kristen Miller (French/3.34) and senior tri-captain Kirsten Wyche (Neuroscience/Pre-Med/3.61)
In all there were 79 field hockey players throughout the Patriot League selected to the Honor Roll, led by American senior Laura Miller, who was named the Scholar-Athlete of the Year award winner, as she notched a 3.88 GPA.
