Mountain Hawks place 13 on Honor Roll

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Lehigh placed 13 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, it was announced on Friday. Senior Jeff Wiener led the way with a 3.93 grade point average during the 2007 spring semester. In all there were 81 student-athletes from around the league named to the honor roll, led by Navy’s Colin Finnegan, who was honored as the 2007 Patriot League Men’s Lacrosse Scholar Athlete of the Year. To be eligible for the honor roll, a student-athlete must obtain at least a 3.2 grade point average and be awarded a varsity letter in his/her sport.

Other Mountain Hawks named to the honor roll along with Wiener were Tom Allen, Stuart Baxter, Matt Diehl, Greg Furst, David Gaunt, Kyle Gentile, Will Gruetzmacher, Matt Hichborn, Kevin Houk, Chris Linko, Colin Mistele, Jeff Wiener, and Mike Zurfluh.
