Tournament times and pairings announced

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Following this past weekend’s action, seeds and times are now set for the upcoming 2006 Patriot League Tournament. Lehigh, which will be seeded third, will take on two-time defending champion Navy, the second seed, in the second semifinal on Friday, April 28 in Hamilton, New York beginning at 7:00. The first semifinal will pit the top-seed and host Colgate Raiders versus the No. 4 seed Army Black Knights, slated to get underway at 4:00.

This will mark the second straight season that Lehigh and Navy have met in the Patriot League Tournament. Last season the two teams hooked up in Annapolis, as the host Midshipmen were the top seed, and the Mountain Hawks came in as the number-four seed. Navy emerged victorious that day by a score of 10-6.

Earlier this season, Lehigh and Navy met in Annapolis, with the Mids claiming a 9-4 victory that day. Also earlier this year, the Mountain Hawks downed Army 8-7 on a last second goal by senior captain Jeff Wiener. Colgate defeated the Brown and White in early April in Hamilton by a score of 11-10 in overtime.

Lehigh’s game versus the Midshipmen on Friday evening will be broadcast live on lehighsports.com with Steve Lomangino calling the action.

- Tournament Pass (all three games): $20 for adults, $10 for children

- Friday’s Semifinal Games: $12 for adults, $ for children

- Sunday’s Championship Game: $10 for adults, $ for children

- Students with valid institutional ID’s from participating schools will get in free with a valid ID
