Lehigh competes at Murphy Cup

Philadelphia, PA - Lehigh women took to the waters of the Schuylkill River on Saturday competing in the Murphy Cup. The Mountain Hawks finished 12^th overall with a time of 7:32.70. Princeton’s varsity women’s eight took first in the race with a winning time of 6:30.26.

The women’s novice eight took place in the event as well, placing fifth in the race with the time of 7:21.12.

The men’s crew team also competed in Philadelphia, finishing 9^th out of 10, with a time of 6:05.64. Both teams return to action this Saturday when the Mountain Hawks host Lafayette and Penn State at the Lehigh River in Allentown, Pa.
