Lehigh upends No. 25 Penn

Philadelphia, PA – Lehigh won its third consecutive game by defeating No. 25 Penn in a thrilling 1-0 affair that went into overtime on Friday in the Penn Soccer Classic. The Mountain Hawks (3-0-1) have still yet to surrender a goal this season, running their scoreless streak to a remarkable 400:00 minutes.
Sophomore Adam Williamson scored from 50 yards away with ten seconds left in the second overtime to give Lehigh the dramatic victory. Junior Sam Bishop picked up three saves on the afternoon to key the shutout and the Mountain Hawks out shot the Quakers (0-1) 9-6 on the afternoon.
Lehigh returns to action on Sunday when the Mountain Hawks take on Princeton in the Penn Soccer Classic in Philadelphia. Game time is slated for 12:00.
