Mountain Hawks host Towson on Family Day

One of two league unbeatens remaining in the Patriot League, Lehigh returns to Goodman Stadium to host Towson on Family Weekend. The Mountain Hawks are 3-0 in the league after last week’s 45-24 victory over Georgetown. The Tigers are in their final season as a Patriot League football member, and Towson is 1-5 against Lehigh since joining the league for football in 1997.
Last time out, Lehigh rolled to a 45-24 win over Georgetown at Harbin Field in Washington. Junior quarterback Kyle Keating tied a school record with six touchdown passes in the win. Tight end Adam Bergen also matched a Lehigh mark with 14 catches. Meanwhile, the Tigers are coming off a 24-7 win over I-AA scholarship Elon. The Tigers are a perfect 4-0 at home, but remain winless (0-4) away from Minnegan Field at Johnny Unitas Stadium. Saturday is Family Day at Goodman Stadium, and one of the biggest crowds of the season is expected to be on hand. Kick-off is set for 12:37, and the game will be broadcast live on Service Electric TV2 Sports and on Oldies 1470 AM.
