2025-26 (FIRST-YEAR SEASON): Swam at nine meets for the Mountain Hawks in her first season… placed seventh in the 1000 yard (10:55.83) and 11th in the 500 yard (5:21.69) freestyle events in her debut against Loyola and American… placed fifth in the 100 yard freestyle (56.37) against Colgate… placed fourth in both the 500 yard (5:27.02) and 1000 yard (11:06.01) freestyle events against Seton Hall… won the 1000 yard freestyle (10:40.22) with a personal record and finished fourth in the 500 yard freestyle (5:15.71) in Lehigh’s win over Lafayette… finished third in the 1000 yard freestyle (10:56.90) Bucknell… scored three points at the Patriot League Championships by placing 22nd with a personal best in the 1650 yard freestyle (17:41.00), 35th in the 200 yard freestyle (1:55.69), and 38th in the 500 yard freestyle (5:10.67).
Why Lehigh? “It's really close to my home and where my sister is going to college which is nice and also it
has a beautiful campus. In addition to that the academics seem very good as well as the sports and I can see myself loving it at Lehigh for the next four years.”
Before Lehigh: All-Super Essex Conference first team… Cullen Jones Award winner as Essex County MVP in 2024… swam for Cougar Aquatic Team.
Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Jennifer Gilligan… sister Keira swims at Lafayette… father played lacrosse at Lehigh.
