WHY LEHIGH? “I chose to attend Lehigh because it offers the perfect balance of high-level academics and competitive Division I athletics. As a student-athlete, I was drawn to Lehigh’s strong academic reputation—especially in the sciences—as well as the supportive, tight-knit community that encourages both intellectual and personal growth. The opportunity to compete at a high level while pursuing a rigorous academic path, such as behavioral neuroscience, was incredibly important to me.
In addition, the women’s soccer program stood out for its culture of hard work, integrity, and team unity, all of which aligned with my own values and goals. When I visited campus, I felt an immediate connection—not only to the team and coaching staff, but also to the environment and people. Lehigh’s emphasis on leadership, research opportunities, and its beautiful campus made it feel like a place where I could truly thrive—on the field, in the classroom, and in life beyond college.”
