BEFORE LEHIGH
Burrows is a 6'3 guard from Marietta, Georgia who has had an excellent basketball career in the Atlanta area. In addition to playing at Walton High School, Burrows was also a member of the Atlanta Allstars AAU travel team. He is a region champion, three-time first team All-Region selection, a second team All-County selection, Metro-Atlanta honorable mention, Cobb County Athlete of the Week and Pope Holiday Tournament MVP. He holds several school records at Walton, including season three-point percentage (55%), season field goal percentage (66%), steals in a game (7), steals in a season (53), assists in a game (10) and assists in a season (106). Off the court, Burrows is on the executive board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is a student youth leader at Buckhead Church in Atlanta. Burrows' sister, Lauryn, played collegiate volleyball at Florida State and Tulane.

"Caesar is a versatile basketball player, he can play with the ball in his hands and he also can play off the ball," said Reed. "We're looking for him to be that complete player to influence the game on offense and also use his athleticism, size and quickness on the defensive end of the floor as well."
