BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A California trip, a pair of dates with power conference opponents and two non-league clashes with 2025 NCAA Tournament teams highlight the 2025-26 Lehigh women's basketball schedule, announced Thursday by head coach Addie Micir. The defending Patriot League champion Mountain Hawks will play a 29-game slate, including 14 games at Stabler Arena.
Â
The season begins with a trip to Cincinnati to face the Big 12 Bearcats on Tuesday, Nov. 4. The game will serve as a homecoming for junior Whitney Lind, who hails from Florence in northern Kentucky. Lehigh will then visit two-time defending MAAC champion Fairfield on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Â
The home opener is set for Nov. 11 when Lehigh kicks off a three-game home stand against La Salle. The Mountain Hawks will then host defending America East champion Vermont on Nov. 15, with the home stand concluding against La Salle on Nov. 19.
Â
The Mountain Hawks will head to northern California for two games leading into Thanksgiving that will serve as a homecoming for junior Gracyn Lovette and sophomores Keshia Vitalicio and Belle Bramer. Lehigh will face the Stanford Cardinal on Sunday, Nov. 23 and then will visit the University of San Francisco on Nov. 25.
Â
Coming out of Thanksgiving, Lehigh will host back-to-back games against Ivy League opponents, with Brown visiting Stabler Arena on Nov. 30 and Cornell coming to town Dec. 3. Lehigh will travel to Mount St. Mary's on Dec. 7 in the final game before final exams and then will come out of the exam break with a trip to Towson Dec. 20.
Â
"We've built our non-league schedule to be a true test, facing NCAA Tournament participants and perennial powerhouses to prepare us for the Patriot League grind," Micir said. "We're also thrilled to bring our team to our players' hometowns, giving our fans and alumni in the Midwest and the Bay Area a chance to see us play live. Opening our season in Cincinnati for Whitney and then heading to California to play at Stanford and USF with Belle, Gracyn, and Keshia is a special opportunity for all of us."
Â
Patriot League play begins Dec. 31 with a rematch of last year's Patriot League championship game with Lehigh facing Army at West Point. The Mountain Hawks' league home opener will be against Bucknell on Jan. 3.
Â
The Rivalry games with Lafayette will once again be played as doubleheaders with the men's teams. The doubleheader at Stabler Arena, presented by Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, part of Jefferson Health, is set for Jan. 24, while the return doubleheader at Lafayette will be Feb. 14.
Â
Other home league games include visits from Colgate (Jan. 10), Boston University (Jan. 14), Army West Point (Jan. 28), Loyola (Feb. 4), Holy Cross (Feb. 7), Navy (Feb. 18) and American (Mar. 4). The American game will serve as the regular season finale with the Patriot League Tournament dates set for Mar. 7, 9, 12 and 15.
Â
Single game and season ticket packages for Lehigh women's basketball will go on sale in October.Â
