School Record Lands Struck As Patriot League Track Athlete Of The Week

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - After setting a new school record in the 400m at the Bison Outdoor Classic, senior Ashley Struck was named the Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.

Struck's time of 54.10m won her the 400m at the Bison Outdoor Classic and solidified her atop Lehigh's all-time list.Â

The senior owns three outdoor track records, including the 200m with her mark of 24.2 set at the Monmouth Open on March 30 and the 4x100m relay in 2022 ( 46.95). In indoor, Struck also holds the records in both the 200m and 400m with 24.63 and 55.30, respectively.

The Mountain Hawks will split next weekend between the Virginia Challenge at the University of Virginia and the Coach Pollard Invitational hosted by Moravian University.
