Indoor Season in Full Swing with Penn 10-Team Select

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - The Lehigh track and field program returns to the Ocean Breeze complex in Staten Island, N.Y. for the Penn 10-Team Select this weekend. This is the first full squad meet of the new year after select athletes competed in last week's Wagner Invitational.Â

Last weekend at the Wagner Invitational, junior Svea Wickelgren claimed second in the 800 with a time of 2:15.22 while senior Christina Yakaboski followed behind in third with a PR of 2:16.53. Junior Liam Lovering won the shot put with a throw of 15.65m followed by senior Alex Clevenger placing second with 15.39, while junior Skyler Mott won the high jump with 2.01m. Following a strong collegiate opening in Fast Times Before Finals, first-year Emma Sanford won the 60m hurdles with 9.40.

Making their first appearances since strong performances last semester, sophomores Abby Klebe and Laura Reigle return after setting school records in the 1000m and pole vault, respectively.

All events on Saturday begin at 4 p.m. with action projected to end at 8 p.m. Live results will be available on milesplit.com.
