Men's Track and Field concludes regular season with 10 PRs at Bucknell Tune-Up

LEWISBURG, Pa. – the Lehigh men's track and field team competed in its regular season finale on Friday, as the Mountain Hawks had 10 athletes record PRs at the Bucknell Tune-Up in Lewisburg. This was the last chance for the Brown and White to get ready before next week's big Indoor Patriot League Championship inside Rauch Fieldhouse.

Starting in the long jump, Kevin Lamb recorded a win this a jump of 6.58m. Right behind him was freshman Ian Scott in third at 6.40m. The freshman also notched a third-place finish in the triple jump at 13.06m. Junior Erik Metz won the triple jump at 13.59m.

Freshman phenom Zach DeLone registered another win to his already book of wins. DeLone won 200m yet again with a time of 22.04. Brandtson Duffie won his second event of the season in the 800m at 1:55.92, while Kyle Burke finished second at 1:56.58.

In the high jump, two Brown and White athletes finished tied for first. Scott and Christian O'Neal, two first-year members of the team, tied at 1.95m, while Brittann Pierce registed a third-place finish at 1.90m.

Freshman Louis Logsdail and senior Kyle Sult both tied for third-place finish in the pole vault at 4.45m.

A pair of Lehigh runners finished in second-place in their respective events, as Nick Crociata finished second in the 500m at 1:08.59, while Nick Wilson then finished the 3000m in 8:52.77.

Rounding out the performance from Friday, Kerem Ayhan finished third in the 400m with a time of 51.41, and Amondo Lemmon finished right behind him in fourth with a time of 52.03. In the 60mH, Michael Nardelli registered a PR, as the sophomore finished fourth with a time of 8.41.

Up next, Lehigh will host and compete in the 2020 Indoor Patriot League Championships. The two-day event will begin next Saturday.
