
Mountain Hawks return to tournament play at Hoya Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's golf team returns to tournament play Monday when the Mountain Hawks compete in the two-day, 54-hole Hoya Invitational, hosted by Georgetown at Four Streams Golf Club in Beallsville, Md.
The Mountain Hawks are one of nine teams competing on the 6,127-yard par 72 course at Four Streams. The event will feature 36 holes Monday, with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. and 18 holes Tuesday, also with a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
Lehigh is coming off a dominant 311-365 head-to-head victory over La Salle on Sunday. Senior Reagan Jahn led the way, shooting 74 as Lehigh had six of the top seven finishers in the 12-player field.
This will be the third tournament of the spring for Lehigh, which finished 35th at the Kiawah Island Spring Classic and 11th at the Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational. Jahn has been the low scorer for the Mountain Hawks in all three spring competitions thus far.
The Hoya Invitational returns after a year hiatus. Lehigh will play in the event for the first time since 2014. The Mountain Hawks and host Hoyas will be joined by Akron, Ball State, Bucknell, Mount St. Mary's, Quinnipiac, Richmond, and St. John's.

Following the Hoya Invitational, Lehigh will play in the Navy Spring Invitational, April 13-14 before shifting focus to the Patriot League Championship April 20-21 in Richmond, Va.
