SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Lehigh men's swimming and diving closed the regular season with a dual meet at Seton Hall against the defending Big East Champions. The Mountain Hawks hung tough with the Pirates all day, but the Big East's best proved to be too much as they pulled away for a 154-130. Lehigh captured six individual victories on the day and took down two freshman records on the boards.

Kevin Fleck notched the first victory of the day for Lehigh as he placed first in the 1000 freestyle with a career-best time of 9:38.83. Fleck now has two wins in the 1000 free this season. Collin Hanlon placed third and Greg Gardner came in fifth.

Walker Wilson continued his dominance in the 200 free this season as he chalked up his sixth-straight win in the event and his seventh overall this season with a time of 1:42.31. Kian O'Brien placed third and Joe Huber came in fifth.

Zach Tieke once again paced the field in the 50 freestyle and did so with a winning time of 21.47 to capture his sixth victory of the season in the event. Greg Giannella was close on Tieke's heels as he placed second with a time of 21.58.

Tyler Keller rewrote the Lehigh record book in the 3-meter dive as his score of 274.40 surpassed the previous freshman record of 273.90 set in 2005. Keller raised the bar on his own freshman record in the 1-meter as he compiled a season-best score of 264.85.

Wilson also continued to shine in the 500 freestyle as the sophomore placed first with a time of 4:40.21. Wilson has now won the event in six of the seven meets this year, with a second-place finish as his lowest placement.

Lehigh will return to action at the Patriot League Championships which will take place February 14-17 at the U.S. Naval Academy.
