BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh men's soccer team will face its first Patriot League road test of the season Wednesday when the Mountain Hawks head to Navy. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. and free video will be available on the Patriot League Network.

The Mountain Hawks carry a 1-1 league mark and 6-3-1 overall record into Wednesday's contest. Lehigh is coming off a big 1-0 win over Colgate Saturday. Senior Jamie Luchini scored what proved to be the game winner in the 57th minute and the Mountain Hawk defense secured its sixth shutout of the season. Sophomore keeper Joe Bogan tallied two saves to pick up his fifth clean sheet of the season. Lehigh's shutouts per game mark of 0.60 ranks ninth in all of Division I, while Bogan's 0.846 save percentage also ranks ninth in the nation.

Luchini and reigning Patriot League Rookie of the Week Mark Forrest are tied for the team lead with 11 points apiece behind four goals and three assists. Sophomore Doyle Tuvesson follows with two goals and two assists, good for six points.

Wednesday's contest will be the first action for Navy since Saturday, Sept. 26 when the Mids earned a 1-0 win over Loyola. Navy was supposed to square off against Army West Point last Friday, but storms forced the postponement of the game to Nov. 3. Freshman Daniel Kwon scored the game-winning goal in the 70th minute against Loyola while the Navy defense limited the Greyhounds to just three shots en route to the league-opening win. The Mids are 4-4-1 overall this season.

Derek Vogel leads Navy with seven points behind two goals and three assists. Aubrey Jones follows with three goals, good for six points. Jackson Morgan has seen all the time in goal, tallying 29 saves, a .744 save percentage and a 1.06 goals against average.

Lehigh and Navy played to a 1-1, double-overtime draw last season at the Ulrich Sports Complex. Current junior Gianfranco Giammatteo scored the first goal of the game in the 53rd minute to put Lehigh ahead 1-0, but Navy countered four minutes later with a goal of its own. Navy holds an all-time advantage of 31-17-7 over the Mountain Hawks, but Lehigh is 11-2-2 in the last 14 meetings against the Mids.

Next up, Lehigh remains on the road Sunday when the Mountain Hawks head to Army West Point at 2 p.m. Free video will be available on the Patriot League Network.
