Mountain Hawks finish fifth at Bucknell Spring Invite

Sophomore Sarah March led the Mountain Hawks with a two-day total of 174 (+34). March was Lehigh’s top finisher, ending competition in a tie for fifteenth place overall. Junior Alexis Foucek had the best individual round of any Lehigh golfer in the tournament, shooting an 84 on the opening day. Foucek shot a 91 on Sunday to finish with a 175. Freshman Kass Nelson (89-87-176) and sophomore Lauren Barton (96-96-192) rounded out the Lehigh scoring.
As a team, the Mountain Hawks shot a 714 over the two days to earn fifth place honors. The Red Flash captured the team title with a 635, besting host Bucknell by a healthy 33 strokes.
Lehigh returns to action on Monday, April 12, when the Mountain Hawks compete in the Hartford Invitational in
