Foucek, Lehigh finish on top at Kutztown

Kutztown, PA – Lehigh shot a collective 383 as the Mountain Hawks finished on top at the Kutztown Fall Invitational held at Berkleigh Country Club on Friday. Sophomore co-captain Alexis Foucek finished tied for first place with Kutztown’s Jessic May. Both golfers shot an 89 on the afternoon.
In addition to Foucek’s 89, several other Lehigh golfers fared well. Sophomore Jessica Terlecki finished fifth with a 97, sophomore Moriah Britt was one stroke back – finishing sixth by posting a 98, and freshman Sarah March finished one stroke behind Britt, shooting a 99 on the afternoon. Co-captain Danielle Kochenour rounded out the Lehigh finishers, shooting a 106 on the afternoon.
Lehigh returns to the course next weekend, hosting a two-day tournament at Indian Valley Country Club beginning Sunday, October 13.
