Lehigh women 22nd at ECAC Championships

Lewisburg, PA – The Lehigh women’s golf team was in action this weekend at the ECAC Championships hosted by Bucknell. The Mountain Hawks finished 22nd out of 23 teams in their first ECAC Championship as a varsity sport.
Alexis Foucek was the top scorer for Lehigh with a 186, good for a tie of 84th place overall. Foucek shot an 89 on the first day and followed it up with a 97 in the second round. Danielle Kochenour finished tied for 96th with a 195. Kochenour shot a 95 in the first round and a 100 in the second round.
James Madison took the team honors running away from the field finishing with a 619. Princeton finished second at 646 and Brown was just one stroke off with a 647.
