Mountain Hawks finish first day in Virginia

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – After one day of competition at the First Market Bank Intercollegiate Lehigh sits in 16th place with a team score of 335. Livia Amado was the Mountain Hawks top performer with a score of 82 (43, 39) as she currently sits in a tie for 45th place overall. Marshall sits atop the leaderboard after shooting a 305 (37,36), followed by Bradley (308), Longwood (311), Western Michigan (314) and James Madison and Georgetown who both shot a 315.

Other Mountain Hawks that competed on Saturday were Yvonne Kukora who shot an 84 (41, 43) and sits tied with teammate Ana Nam (41, 43 = 84) for 64th place, and Jen Nagel (44, 41) and Emily Endres (38, 47) who both shot an 85 and sit tied for 77th place.

Bradley’s Bari-Lynn Erais (36, 34) and Georgetown’s Chelsea Curtis sit in a tie for first place after shooting a 70 on the first 18 holes.

The final round of competition gets underway on Sunday morning.
