Lehigh unveils new Majestic Athletic uniforms in 2005

Bethlehem, PA — When the Lehigh University baseball and softball teams take the field on opening day of the season, they will be wearing new uniforms custom designed by Majestic Athletic, the same company that designs, markets and manufactures uniforms for Major League Baseball (MLB). Majestic Athletic will be supplying Lehigh University, whose baseball opening day is February 23, with baseball and softball uniforms.

The new uniforms are part of a two-year sponsorship and licensing deal that makes Majestic Athletic the “Official Supplier” of team uniforms and athletic wear, including jerseys, jackets, gamers, shorts, sweatshirts, on-field caps and technical garments, for the university baseball team. The agreement also provides value for fans as the same apparel developed for the university team will also be available in retail. Majestic Athletic created the collegiate uniforms by combining form and function, blending the performance of traditional MLB baseball jerseys.
