Why Lehigh? “Lehigh exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The academics, the campus, and the coaches were all amazing, but watching the team together really made my decision crystal clear. They radiated such a family atmosphere and made me feel so welcome which is exactly what I was looking for.”
As a senior: Academic All-Patriot League… appeared in 40 games, starting 31 behind the plate… hit career-best .297… went 3-for-9 in Patriot League Tournament… hit two-run homer and scored two runs in PLT win over Bucknell (5/10)… also had two RBI efforts against Valpo (2/10) and Utah Tech (3/10)… had three hits and two RBIs in Boston University series (5/3-4)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a junior: Started 47 games, including 42 behind the plate… set career high with 16 RBIs… hit two home runs, including grand slam versus Canisius (3/5)… hit two-run home run at Boston University in Patriot League Tournament (5/12)… had key two-run double in Patriot League win over Army (4/22)… threw out 8-of-42 would-be base stealers… CSC Academic All-District honoree… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a sophomore: Appeared in 42 games with 41 starts… made 36 starts behind the plate and five as the DP… drew team-best 24 walks… finished with seven doubles and 14 RBIs… homered in win over Canisius in Florida (3/19)… threw out six would -be base stealers… went 3-for-4 with four RBIs in win at Penn (3/30)… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
As a first-year: Appeared in 29 games with 25 starts… started 18 games behind the plate… had six two-hit games and two three RBI games… went 2-for-4 with home run and three RBIs versus Bucknell (4/24)… had bases-clearing three run double in regular season finale against Lafayette (5/9)… went 3-for-9 with a pair of doubles in Patriot League Tournament… named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
In high school: First team All-Area and second team All-State as a junior… batted .383 with 31 hits, 22 runs and 23 RBIs in 2019… career .348 hitter at North Penn with 78 hits, 59 runs and 61 RBIs… holds North Penn records for single season (7) and career (15) home runs… ranked in top 2% of her graduating class… Mary S.
