Six Mountain Hawks Named To NABC Honors Court, Lehigh Earns Team Academic Excellence Award

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced its annual Team Academic Excellence Awards and the National Honors Court, which recognizes high-achieving collegiate men's basketball teams and players across the country. The Mountain Hawks earned the team award while Brendan Reed, Bube Momah, Jake Pike, Joshua Ingram, Nasir Whitlock, and Tommy Conniff were named to the Honors Court.
In order to be eligible for the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, a program must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher for the entirety of the 2025-26 academic school year. The NABC Honors Court recognizes junior, senior or graduate student-athletes who completed the school year with a 3.2 cumulative GPA or higher.
The Mountain Hawks finished the 2025-26 academic year with a 3.44 cumulative GPA and have now earned the award in seven consecutive seasons. Lehigh is coming off its fourth Patriot League championship and third under the direction of head coach Brett Reed this past season.
Pike led the way with a perfect 4.0 GPA followed by Momah (3.73), Conniff (3.61), Reed (3.54), Whitlock (3.30), and Ingram (3.24).
