In 2016-17: Assumed starting spot at 197… went 9-10 but missed month of February due to injury… went 1-2 at EIWA Championships with a win by fall… totaled four bonus wins… posted 5-6 record in dual meets.
In 2015-16: Began season at 174 before bumping up to 197… finished with 12-4 overall record and 3-1 dual mark… went 3-0 in duals at 197… shared third place at 174 at Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Open… went 3-2 at Southern Scuffle.
In 2014-15: Deferred eligibility… went 8-7 competing unattached in open tournaments… moved up to 174… finished fifth at the Shorty Hitchock Classic and eighth at the Nittany Lion Open… also competed at the Binghamton Bearcat Open and the Midlands Championships.
In 2013-14: Took over starting spot at 165 in midseason… went 2-2 at EIWA Championships, finishing one win shy of placing in top eight… won three of eight bouts in dual meet competition… doubled his win total from his freshman season… pinned Cristian Masaya of American in EIWA Tournament for first college fall.
In 2012-13: Pressed into action midseason at 165… represented Lehigh at 165 at EIWA Championships… missed two months with injury suffered at Knight Point Clarion Open… posted technical fall win over Nick Milano of Clarion for only dual win.
In secondary school: Recorded a 243-40 career record … five-time state qualifier and two-time champion … won state title at 152 his senior year posting a 49-1 record … won state title at 145 his junior year posting 48-3 record … named most outstanding wrestling in section 6 as a senior …twice named Wrestler of the Year by the Post Journal and Olean Times Herald … Salutatorian of his graduating class.
