In 2007-08: Started every dual meet at 165 for the Mountain Hawks… placed sixth at the EIWA Championships, finishing one win shy of probable NCAA qualification… recorded three falls and four bonus wins… pinned nationally ranked Stephen Dwyer of Nebraska in November dual… picked up 23 second win by fall over Chris Rigoglioso of Rutgers… captured second straight University Freestyle National Championship at 174.
In 2006-07: Began season as starter at 165 before academic issues prematurely ended season… won eight of 13 bouts with three bonus wins… went 6-0 to win title at 79 kg at University Freestyle Nationals in April… placed fourth at Northeast Regional Freestyle Championships… went 7-2 at prestigious Canada Cup freestyle event, to earn fourth place.
In 2005-06: Deferred eligibility…went 3-2 competing in the CNJ and Edinboro Opens… placed second at 163 lb. weight class at the FILA junior national freestyle championships…outscored his first four opponents in the tournament by a combined 46-1 score.
