SENIOR SEASON: Registered two second-place finishes In the 50 free (24.46) and the 100 free (54.14) against Lafayette in the Patriot League Challenge… Finished 24th overall in the 100 free (55.59) at the April Pools Invitational… Against Bucknell, finished fourth in the 50 free (24.91), fifth in the 100 free (54.88) and eighth in the 100 fly (1:01.21)..

Personal: Freestyle sprinter and butterfly specialist Olivia Giampietro is Pennsylvania product as a native of Phoenixville, Pa. Giampietro helped lead Villa Maria Academy High School to four-straight undefeated seasons as her team won league, district and state championships each season during her four-year career. Individually, Giampietro was a four-time All-State performer and a three-time All-American in relay events. She reached the PIAA state finals multiple times in the 50 and 100 freestyle, while also contributing to four-straight state titles and a state record in the 200 freestyle relay. She was also highly successful on the club circuit as she reached the YMCA national finals multiple times in the 200 and 400 medley, in addition to the 200 and 400 freestyle relays.
