2018 (SENIOR SEASON)
Saw action in 19 matches, including 13 starts...finished second on the team in assists (390) and assists per set (6.96)...tallied double-digit assists in 15 of her 19 appearances...registered a season-high 44 assists twice in the season opener vs. Duquesne (8/24) and vs. Rutgers (8/31)....tallied double-doubles in assists and digs on four different occasions...had a season-high 15 digs in a three-set victory over Saint Francis (Pa.) (9/7)...finishes her impressive four-year career with 2,572 assists, fifth all-time in program history...named a CoSIDA Academic All-District selection for the second straight season...named Lehigh's Scholar Athlete of the Year for the third year in a row...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA, her fourth selection to the list.

2017 (JUNIOR SEASON)
Saw action in all 31 matches, including 28 starts…ranked third in the Patriot League in assists (975) and assists per set (9.03), while also ranking third in the league in service aces (30)…ranked second on the team with a career-best 217 digs…recorded a career-best 93 kills and a career-best 28 total blocks…compiled a season-high 56 assists at Bucknell (10/27)…recorded 50-plus assists on three different occasions and 40-plus assists on seven different occasions…posted a season-high 13 digs three different times on the season…recorded double-digit digs 10 times on the season…became just the second CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in program history…earned Academic All-Patriot League honors for the second-straight season…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2016 (SOPHOMORE SEASON)
Saw action in 30 matches, starting 25…. Tallied a team-high 870 assists to go along with 67 kills and 185 digs… tallied a season-high 59 assists in a 3-2 win against George Washington (10/11)…earned Academic All-Patriot League honors…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
 
2015 (FRESHMAN SEASON)
Put together a strong rookie campaign, seeing action in 29 matches and 57 sets…ranked second on the team with 337 assists, while also contributing 79 digs, 38 kills and a .439 attack percentage…tallied double-digit assists on 15 occasions…notched her first career double-double with a career-best 37 assists and 11 digs against Holy Cross (11/13) to earn Patriot League Rookie of the Week recognition…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll with a perfect 4.0 term in the fall semester.

BEFORE LEHIGH
Polak will bring an accomplished volleyball career to Bethlehem in the fall. She was a two-time captain and four-year varsity letter winner at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, Ohio where she led the squad to the Ohio State Finals for three out of her four years. Polak holds the Ohio state record for career assists with 3,556 assists and is ranks third in the state's single-season assists record book after tallying 1,072. She was named her district's MVP in addition to garnering multiple first team All-District laurels. Polak also played ten years of Junior Olympic Volleyball and helped her team qualify for Open Nationals in all ten years. A star in the classroom as well, Polak was one of just eight student-athletes in the nation to be named a first team Prep Volleyball Academic All-American. She graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the National Honor Society as well as a National Merit Commended Scholar.
