
Lehigh Completes Second Round At Patriot League Championship

BETHLEHEM, Pa. -Â The Lehigh women's golf team had a 19-stroke improvement from round one to round two at the Patriot League Championship, Saturday on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. Sophomore Stefania Fedun led the way with a round of two over par 74. The Mountain Hawks shot 306 as a team and sit in fourth place at 631 (325-306).

Fedun's second round included 14 pars, one birdie and three bogeys. She leads the Mountain Hawks, sitting in 11th place overall at 155 (81-74).

Junior Yuki Zhu is tied for 12th place at 156 (81-75). Zhu made two birdies in her second round Saturday.

Senior Madison Pineda carded a 77 and sits in 17th place at 160 (83-77). Â Pineda made a pair of birdies in her final round.

First-year Alana Hall led Lehigh with an 80 on Friday and shot 85 Saturday. Hall is tied for 21st place.

First-year Reese Hannon shot 80 on Saturday and is tied for 23rd place at 166 (86-80).

Sophomore Bella Scanapicco led Lehigh with three birdies Saturday and shot 84. Scanapicco sits in 30th place at 178 (94-84).

Navy shot 292 for the second straight day and holds a 32-stroke lead in the team race. The Midshipmen are at 584, while Boston University sits in second place. Bucknell shot 297 Saturday to move into third place.

Individually, Navy's Emma Tang shot two under par 70 and holds a four-stroke lead over teammate Sue Lee.

The Patriot League Championship concludes Sunday with the final round, beginning at 9 a.m. from the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club. Lehigh will play with Holy Cross on Sunday, with those tee times beginning at 9 a.m.
