PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Lehigh women's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season Thursday night with a 1-0 setback at Temple.

Junior Faith Dobosiewicz and first-year Aminah Baruwa earned their first starting nods this season.

The Owls dominated offensively during the first half, recording 10 shots to Lehigh's three. Sophomore goalkeeper Maggie Ousoulogjou picked up five saves in the first 45 minutes of action.
Temple scored the lone goal of the contest at 73:51 when fifth-year Nicole Sweeney put the Owls on the board in a counterattack opportunity in front of the goal.Â

The Owls out-cornered Lehigh eight to one, with four each half.

Ousoulogjou played all 90 in net, recording seven saves. Temple goalkeeper Taylor Vecchione had five saves in her first appearance this season.Â

The Mountain Hawks (1-1-3) host Penn at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Ulrich Sports Complex.
