Bednarsky named First Team All-Patriot League for second straight season

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – For the third time in his career, Lehigh men's soccer senior midfielder Stevo Bednarsky has been named an All-Patriot League selection, voted on by the coaches and announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
This is the second consecutive season Bednarsky earned First Team All-Patriot League laurels. He is the first Lehigh player since Mark Forrest '19 to be named an All-Patriot League selection three times.
Playing and starting in four contests, Bednarsky was a crucial part of the Mountain Hawks once again during the spring 2021 season, demonstrated by his strong leadership skills and defensive consistency as the leader of the midfield.
In 2019, Bednarsky led Lehigh to its third Patriot League Championship in program history and was named a Second Team All-Region selection following two goals and an assist for five points.
