Mountain Hawks head to Massachusetts for Boston College Intercollegiate

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Lehigh women's golf team returns to the links this week for the 54-hole Boston College Intercollegiate, Monday and Tuesday at the Blue Hill Country Club. The Mountain Hawks will be one of fourteen teams competing on the 6,137-yard, par 72 course in Canton, Mass.
Lehigh competed in the Bucknell Invitational last weekend and earned a fourth place finish, with freshman Addy Douglas placing second at 219 (70-74-75). Senior Minuette Laessig finished tied for 15th place, and junior Angela Ding finished tied for 30th place.
The Boston College Intercollegiate will feature 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday, with a shotgun start set for 8:45 a.m. on Monday. Lehigh will play with St. John's and Siena on day one. Those three teams will be joined by host Boston College, Cal State Fullerton, Holy Cross, Fairleigh Dickinson, Merrimack, Quinnipiac, Rollins, Sacred Heart, Seattle, Albany and Hartford.

Following the Boston College Intercollegiate, the Mountain Hawks will compete in their own Lehigh Invitational, Oct. 21-22 on the Grace Course at Saucon Valley Country Club.
