BETHLEHEM Pa. – After scoring 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting over two games last week, Jeameril Wilson of the Lehigh men's basketball team has been named Patriot League Rookie of the Week, as announced on Monday. Wilson is Lehigh's second Rookie of the Week honoree in the first three weeks after Nic Lynch won the award on Nov. 12.

Wilson began last week by posting a career-high 10 points, along with three rebounds and two assists in a career-high 25 minutes at Siena. He finished 4-of-6 from the floor, including a perfect 2-of-2 from three-point range. Eight of Wilson's points came in the final 4:07 of the first half to help Lehigh open a 42-37 halftime advantage, on the way to the 80-69 win.

The Chicago, Illinois native went on to post four points, knocking down both of his field goal attempts at No. 12 Kansas State Saturday, helping the Mountain Hawks open a 31-26 advantage late in the first half.

Wilson and the Mountain Hawks return to action next Saturday, Dec. 1, when they host Arkansas State at 2 p.m. in Stabler Arena. Tickets are available online and may be purchased by clicking here.
