Bethlehem, Pa. – One weekend after hosting the Patriot League Championships, the Lehigh men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the ECAC/IC4A Championships, which will take place Friday, May 12 through Sunday, May 14 at Princeton University.

On the men's side, the Mountain Hawks have 10 athletes currently registered to compete in six different events. Freshman Matt Kravitz is enrolled in the 800m run, sophomore Kyle Berman is slated to run in the 1500m, and five runners – Sean Burke, Ryan Cooney, Evan Hardy, Jeffrey Kirshenbaum and Alexander Fitzgerald - will take to the track for the 5K. Over in the field events, seniors Lucas Warning and Chris Foley will take part in the shot put, and sophomore Ryan Givens will take flight in the high jump. Warning, who is coming off his third career Patriot League championship last weekend with a school record shot put (18.98m), will also take part in this weekend's discus. Warning also won bronze in the discus at Patriots last weekend after setting a new school record at 54.74m.

On the women's side, 13 athletes will compete across three different track events and five field events. Fresh off a Second Team All-Patriot League performance last weekend, senior Katie Hatler will race in the 100m hurdles. Maura Henderson, Brenna Clark, Laura Barnes and Marissa Karl will all take part in the 1500m run, and freshman Ashleigh Crawford, will run in the 3,000m steeplechase.

Last weekend at Patriots, Barnes finished third in the 1500m, while Clark took fourth place. Crawford also had a podium finish of third place in the steeplechase. Henderson added two league titles to her credit in the 5K and steeplechase.

Over in the field, Kaitlyn Toman will compete in the pole vault one week after breaking the school's record at a height of 3.70m. Junior Amanda Youngblood will compete in both the discus and shot put after finishing second in the discus (44.71m) and third in the shot put (13.87m) last weekend. In the javelin, freshman Hannah Patrick and senior Melody Walthers will compete once again after placing third and fourth, respectively, at Patriots. Lehigh will also have a trio competing in the high jump, led by senior Courtney Avery, who enters as the No. 2 overall seed. Senior Sarah Cassidy and sophomore Tyler Bannister will also be competing after all three helped lead Lehigh score 31.5 points and take six of the top eight spots at last weekend's PLC.

All of the action will get underway at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with the ECAC discus, followed by the men's and women's steeplechase, 5K and 10K. Action will resume Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. A complete schedule of events can be found by clicking here.
